Environmental, land use, and conservation easements
Lynn Bahrych has practiced environmental and land use law for the last twenty-seven years on the west side of Washington State. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1985, serving on the Law Review. She wrote several law review articles on state water law, maritime liens, and writing a simple will. She recently completed the 4th edition of Legal Writing in a Nutshell (West Publishing). After law school, she worked as a federal court law clerk for Judge Carolyn Dimmick, practiced in the Admiralty department of Bogle & Gates for three years, and later became Of Counsel with Helsell Fetterman, where she practiced both maritime and land use law. She has broad experience in Growth Management Act and in Shorelines Management Act litigation. Her current interests are in promoting and enforcing laws that protect natural resources.
